Wee Welcome is an on-line community for parents and caregivers but more importantly it is a great place to make connections and friends.  5 years ago I became a member of the site to get parenting tips as I entered the new world of being a parent.  I quickly learned it was more then just a place to get some helpful tips it was a place to make connections with other people just like me.  I joined a few groups and started to connect with other members.  They became the on line people I could turn to when another adventure in parenting arose and they arose often as every other new parent would know.  Wee Welcome was always a place to find out about ways to have a baby and a life and for me that included finding and making new connections and friends.   

A few years ago I became a member of the amazing Wee Welcome team.  Since then I have had the chance to make some great friends that extend beyond the cyber world.   As a parent of 2 now the site continues to be a place I can turn to for social connections.  The relationships I have made now extend beyond the site.  I follow many of the friends I have made on Wee Welcome on facebook and twitter. 

No one can have too many friends and no new mother can ever have too much support.  The site is a great place to connect with people you would not have others wise ever met.  It has introduced me to people I would have otherwise never met and opportunities I never would have thought I would have.
