So here is a recipe that seems special but is easy and fast!!!
You will need
Thin flattened steak about 1/2 cm thick
Balsamic Vinegar
Olive oil
Salt & Pepper
Red and green Pepper cut into thin strips
Cheese ( any cheese you choose I prefer Havarti or provolone )
You can add or take away any stuffing ingredients your imagination is the key!
mix equal amounts of olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a tray in which you can coat the flattened steak.
Run the steak through the mixture, lay flat and sprinkle with Salt & Pepper then place cheese over the steak keeping about 1 cm from edge.
Arrange toppings along the top of the steak. Roll and place seam down on cookie sheet. ( I like to line cookie sheet with parchment paper.)
Repeat until done and bake at 350 F for approx 45 min. Let sit for 2min and serve with any side you like
