My favourites this month are Baked Penne with Italian Sausage, Portobello Ravioli, Greek Shrimp Scampi, and Pork Loin Roast with Fennel. Inexpensive, wholesome and leaves you time to spend with the whole family.

I love having family day. A much needed holiday this time of year! Normaly we just spend that time together doing fun family things. We will be busy planning and packing this long weekend for our trip the following weekend. So glad to have 3 days to do this!
