What's the best thing about a baby bottle? The good stuff that comes out of it!
The breast-like design of the mimijumi "Very Hungry" bottle continues the mother-child bonding experience, providing a calming effect on the baby. Less stress for the baby equals a calmer, less stressed mother. Working mom Lisa Vegors has a 5 month old son who she says "would not take any bottle" until she gave the mimijumi "Very Hungry" a try. "Elijah downed 3 oz. of milk in less than 3 min. It was like a miracle. I finally feel like I might get a little freedom back," exclaims Vegors.
mimijumi's "Very Hungry" 8oz bottle is designed to closely mimic the breastfeeding experience with the color, form and texture of the nipple resembling the appearance of a mother's breast. The bottle is made from BPA-free plastic and the nipple is made from medical grade silicon to ensure safety and comfort. mimijumi President Dr. Frank Drummond describes the bottle as "easy to open, easy to clean and easy to fill with a wide mouth opening, screw on one-piece nipple and skid-free base." The one-piece nipple includes an integrated ventilation system to aid in digestion and reduce colic further helping to calm the baby.

A bottle is a rigid container with a neck that is narrower than the body and a "mouth". By contrast, a
jar has a relatively large mouth or opening. Bottles are often made of glass, clay, plastic, aluminum or
other impervious materials, and typically used to store liquids such as water, milk, soft drinks, beer,
wine, cooking oil, medicine, shampoo, ink and chemicals.

The first milk-bottle-capping machine was designed, built, and overall invented by a Polish man named Menachem Wallach. The Original Thatcher is one of the most desirable milk bottles for collectors. The patent for the glass dome lid is dated April 27, 1886. There are several variations of this early milk bottle and many reproductions. During this time period, many types of bottles were being used to hold and distribute milk. These include a pop bottle type with a wire clamp, used by the Chicago Sterilized Milk Company, Sweet Clover, and others. Fruit jars were also used, but only the Cohansey Glass Manufacturing plant made them with dairy names embossed on them.Shredding Services Orange County
While infant formula is highly regulated, baby bottles are not. Only the materials of the teat and bottle itself are specifically regulated in some countries (e.g. British Standards BS 7368:1990 "Specification for babies' elastomeric feeding bottle teats" ). In the USA, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) also regulates teats and the bottle materials. In 1985 it tightened allowable levels of nitrosamines released from bottle teats. A 1999 Consumer Reports study suggesting that plastic bottles release unsafe amounts of bisphenol A was denounced as sensationalism because of the unreasonable conditions the bottles were subject to. Findings since, however, have renewed the initial concerns (see Bisphenol A - Possible Health Risks)office space
A 2001 WHO report found that infant formula prepared in accord with applicable Codex Alimentarius standards is a nutritionally adequate and safe complementary food and a suitable breast milk substitute. Nonetheless, with few exceptions, the WHO report recommended exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months of life for all babies.

The teat itself is typically slimmer and more flexible than the mother's nipple. Contents of a bottle can flow more quickly than breastfeeding. Specialized teats that attempt to mimic the shape of the breast exist to help babies to switch back and forth between bottle feeding and breast feeding for cases where "teat confusion" occurs. Teats come in a selection of flow rates. Different flow rate teats either have more holes or larger holes. The correct flow rate needs to selected based on the age of the infant. Variable flow rate teats are available for older infants. The hole is asymmetric so that by turning the bottle/teat, different flows can occur. Specialized teats are available for infants with cleft palate (see also Haberman feed).workspace

A device applied in the bottling line to seal the mouth of a bottle is termed an external bottle cap, closure, or internal stopper. A bottle can also be sealed by a conductive "innerseal" by using induction sealing.

mimijumi lives up to all the reviews! Finally a bottle that was developed to support breastfeeding and assist in weaning when the time comes. I was impressed from the moment I saw it. With a unique attractive mini milk carton packaging, simply designed so there's no fumbling for different rings, nipples, & bottles, a non-slip base for those times when you're preparing a bottle one-handed and a wide mouth bottle opening so don't spill any of that liquid gold. Available in Canada at http://rockprettybaby.ca/mimijumi-8oz-baby-bottle.html
The only way a nursing boob would ever look that firm, is if you used the mimi jumi bottle instead of the real thing. Sounds genius to me!
My first baby would not take the bottle, but would love to try this one with the next baby.
This is amazing! Would love to win this for my baby!
I love how realistic the nipple is! I only use ones that are made with medical grade silicone too. Looks like a great bottle.
This looks great! It would be a great tool to use when transitioning from breast to bottle! If I won, I would give this to my sister in law - she's having trouble with her little one taking a bottle when she has to be somewhere.
Great product.
With our little ones being 100% bottle babies this would be a great product for us to try out.
Would love to try out this new and innovative product!
Looks like a great product, stylish and a cool design.
Any product that would help baby transition from breast to bottle would be great.
Wow, great idea! My first baby never took a bottle - it was challenging to go out! This bottle looks and sounds great. Might have to try it with #2 when I really need a night out with my hubby.
Sounds good and look good too.
Looks fantastic. My boy will take a bottle, but it's always a struggle and he's definitely a breast man. I'd love to try one of these to see if it makes a difference.
I bottle-fed my first daughter, and I tried many different bottles before I found one that we both liked. I'm planning on breast and bottle feeding the next one, so it would be great to try a bottle that might make the transition easier for my baby.
This looks amazing!
My daughter had so many issues with bottles and was very colic. This design seems it would have many benefits and great for transition.
this would come in handy seeing as how i'm due today, and have no idea if this baby will take a bottle or not
My daughter never took a bottle no matter what I tried. I ended up having to breastfeed for 13 months and had very little freedom. We are currently trying to have a second baby, this would be a great bottle to have that would maybe allow my husband to help out with some of the feedings.
Love it!! I had problems with Kaylee when I switched her to bottles and unfortunately Jaime is the same way!! They only will drink from the wide mouth bottles. Do you know anywhere in Toronto that you can buy them?
