Packed with essential nutritional information, the book includes over 75 delicious recipes, including a variety of purees, chunky and super-chunky purees, and solids fit for a toddler.
In Sprout Right, registered nutrition consultant Lianne Phillipson-Webb clearly explains simple nutritional steps to influence the health of your baby from conception to birth, what a breastfeeding mom should be eating to fortify nature's perfect food, what to look for in a formula, and everything you need to know about starting your baby on solids with ease and confidence.
Phillipson-Webb also explains how the Sprout Right approach allows baby's digestive system to mature, hopefully lessening the potential for allergies and reactions, and then progress to family food in the toddler years.

This is something we've struggled with from birth to toddlerhood! Next baby this would be helpful.
Sounds like a very interesting and informative read.
Sounds like a great book to give my daughter! One of my granddaughters is a very picky eater and any tips on getting her to eat and eat foods that are good for her would be greatly appreciated!
I am the mother of a five month old that is starting foods and a 29 month old that is the worlds pickiest eater. This book would come in handy. In fact, if I don't win it I will definately look at buying it!
Very intersted in reading this book. Both my girls don't eat veggies. I tried everything from purees in their breads and muffins. I have run out of ways to hide them. I think vitamines are great but i'd rather have them develope heathy eating habits at a young age.
It sounds like a great book. I could really use this book for my 21/2 year old. He will not eat veggies and can be picky about what he doen want to eat. I also do daycare and have a 1/12 year old who eats nothing. It would be great to have to try and get her to eat something other then crackers, cheese and yogurt. What a great idea for a prize!
This is a wonderful prize, it is so hard to find healthy tasty recipes for babies. I would love a comprehensive book like this to help me feed my child a variety of healthy nutritious, tasty food.
I would love to win a copy of this book! My baby has just started solid and this would definitely help me! As a first-time mom, I would need to learn about more of the essential nutruition in baby food!
Wow this books sounds amazing. It is the right start for a child. I look forward to using it.
As a holistic nutritionist myself, I really love the author's approach to nutrition and development for babies/toddlers/children. This is a must have for moms and dads!
Always worried about nutrition. My 2 year old is also a picky eater and will sometimes go without eating anything except drinking her milk.
I could really benefit from this book!!! My 2 year old eats nothing!! I'm always stressing that she is getting the right nutrition. I still have to give her formula to help ensure she is at least getting something good into her!
