Our vacation at the Paradisus Palma Real in Punta Cana far exceeded my expectations, as well as my family's expectations.
I feel what sets it apart from other resorts is the attention to details: from the cold cloth on
your arrival, to the little robes and slippers for children, to my children's favorite plantain chips in the room, and the amazing desserts at every meal. Compared to other resorts that we have visited, I feel PPR has really done their best to make sure that they meet all of their guest's needs be it their 1st or 99th.
The Paradisus Palma Real is part of the Sol Melia Family, and when you arrive you know you are back home, many times the staff remember you by name, and what your favorite drink is.
I had a great meeting with Monica (manager of Family Conciege). The resort has a variety of new things planned for the new year including healthy cooking classes for kids, a new healthy baby menu for babies, and stroller parking at The Reserve. It is their goal to exceed the expectations of all their guests both little and big.
The Sol Melia family will adding to their family with the building of two new hotels in Playa del Carmen in November 2011, one of which will be a family only hotel, with Family Concierge
option in the hotel. I look forward to hopefully visiting this new property and when I do, I can assure you I will share my experience with you here.
