Prepping ahead of time is what makes it much easier to get out the door. Although there are those days when your all ready and on time and then the wee one deciedes its time to poop or make a mess!

We begin our prep form the night before and if things aren't ready by next morning, then we're LATE!!!

The only way for us not to be late is preparing everything the night before. This includes their school bags, lunches and even laying out their clothes and shoes so that we're not scambling in the morning. Even when we are out the door, I often have to run back in...with kids comes forgetfulness.

Late seems to be our thing. If lots of planning happens the night before we may make it on time. Morning to school/daycare are hard but we hopefully will get better at it soon.
