Start the new year of right by choosing healthy options at the kitchen table. Many times as we grocery shop we are faced with the questions of what is healthy and how do we read the nutritional value on labels.
Jennifer House owner of First Step Nutrition will be touring us all around Sobeys to show us how to make those choices easier. You will have the opportunity to ask Jennifer questions that pertain to your household whether you are nursing, starting solids with baby or even graduating to those meal time struggles with your toddler.
Fun interactive games will be sure to get you pumped to introduce new foods to the table.

Im presently using Word press for a few of my sites but looking to alter one of them over to a platform similar to yours as a trial operate.nike air max 2011 Anything in specific youd recommend about it?

Thank you Michelle for organizing such a fantastic event. I am not sure what I enjoyed the most - learning about first nutrition or meeting all the moms and their cool babes! Jennifer was a great speaker and Sobey's was very generous for providing a wonderful (and unexpected) lunch and gift card to come back and try some of their homemade a la carte deli items! I appreciated the time to mingle after the tour. If you offer this again - I highly encourage moms to attend. It is time well spent.

Sobey's Tour was fantastic and I'd like to thank all of you who came :) It was so great meeting new moms, seeing the babes who were amazing and learning a lot about how to keep healthy and easy ways to grocery shop. Jennifer House from First Step Nutrition (www.firststepnutrition.com) was able to help all of us with label reading, differences between foods and we even went through what moms buy and if it a healthy choice for the household. Sobey's generously offered snacks and a gift card and I never realized how many fantastic services they have for those days when we don't want to think about what to make.
Moms I hope you enjoyed yourselves and really found our outing really beneficial and different from other events you have attended.
